Located in the Northern Beaches, a role has become available for a training delivery coordinator to join their team. Extending their reach to the Asian markets as well, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a business that has experienced successful year-on-year growth over the last five years.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- End to end ownership of course delivery, including class creation.
- Liaising with trainers, vneues, and suppliers
- Tracking enrolments and pack preparation for courses
- Updating the CRM
- Managing invoices and monthly reporting on accounts
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A stable work history in administration
- High attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills & ability to multitask
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to think outside the box & stay focused under pressure
