About the role
  • Supporting both Executive Assistants and C-Suite members
  • Taking minutes during board meetings
  • Organising and putting together board papers for weekly meetings
  • General administration duties and ad hoc tasks
What do you need?
  • Have a strong interest in typing and taking minutes for Board meeting
  • Confident when speaking to people at all levels, you will be working with C- Suite executives
  • Organised and have the initiative to follow up on tasks
  • Strong typing skills (tests can be sent)
  • Computer literate - understand MS Suite
