- Must have roster management and scheduling experience
- Ability to work under pressure
- Have a minimum of 2 years of customer service
- Rotating roster 7 days a week including weeknights and weekends
- Strong initiative with the ability to work autonomously
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills and administrative skills
- Be passionate and enthusiastic - we want career driven and motivated individuals
- Computer literate with an aptitude for technology and devices
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential
- Having a health sector background will be an advantage
