The Profile:


Report to the Customer Service Team Leader, We are looking for a highly energetic and self-motivated individual. You are happy to be in a customer-engaging role, providing high levels of customer service.





Key qualities:
 
  • Must have roster management and scheduling experience
  • Ability to work under pressure 
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of customer service 
  • Rotating roster 7 days a week including weeknights and weekends
  • Strong initiative with the ability to work autonomously
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills and administrative skills 
  • Be passionate and enthusiastic - we want career driven and motivated individuals
  • Computer literate with an aptitude for technology and devices
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential
  • Having a health sector background will be an advantage
