The Role

Reporting to the PMO Lead, your responsibilities will include;
  • Provide exceptional service to external stakeholders, visiting clients on site
  • Demonstrating the products offered by installing, onsite training and troubleshooting
  • Upselling and cross-selling products, making clients aware of the features and capabilities the business can offer
  • Being the first point of contact to your clients, visiting onsite to represent the brand
Experience needed
  • A background in working in a troubleshooting/ helpdesk environment
  • Exceptional communication skills, ability to build rapport with stakeholders and confident to tackle any obstacle
  • Technical customer service experience
  • Productive and proactive mindset with the capability to go above and beyond
  • As this is a newly created role, you will be on a 12-month contract with a view to extend
