The role:
You will be part of a motivated and target focused sales group of BDM's working across Australia and New Zealand. With your focus to negotiate, win business and drive sales for the VIC market. Your aim is to create RAVING FANS. 

Duties will include, but are not limited to:
 
  • Plan & present tailored solutions based on customers needs
  • Prospect for new customers and convert this to increase business
  • Grow & retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions to customers
  • Establish & build solid relationships with all customers
  • Maintain an extensive knowledge of the market & product solutions we can provide
  • Development of monthly sales forecasts/pipelines
  • Customer service is highly important
  • Effectively manage relationships and business objectives
About you:
    • Strong communication skills, confidence, enthusiasism
    • exceptional ability to develop long term relationships
    • Proven track record in building rapport with high level stakeholders
    • Proven track record of over achieving targets
    • Strong understanding of business and marketing planning, financial acumen, strategic influencing, commercial negotiation and judgement
    • Must have a current drivers license
