THE ROLE

Multiple Legal Assistant roles are on offer across the Corporate, Finance and Property Practice groups.

Supporting up to Partner level, your main duties will include:
  • Diary and email management; 
  • Billing;
  • Dictation;
  • Creating and amending documents; 
  • Booking meetings and travel; 
  • General administrative duties. 

THE CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will have proven experience as a Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant at a well-regarded firm. You will have had exposure to billing and be able to pick up new skills quickly. 

You will also:
  • Have excellent organisational skills;
  • Be a confident communicator;
  • Be a team player; and
  • Have a strong level of attention to detail.
