Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Providing 1:1, 1:2 or 1:3 support at senior management level
- Diary and email management and expense reconciliation
- International and domestic travel coordination
- Drafting of correspondence and maintaining and updating systems and databases
- Provide administrative support to broader teams
What you will bring to the role:
- Previous experience as an executive assistant or personal assistant
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High levels of attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to pick up systems and softwares and extensive Microsoft Office use
- Strong internal and external stakeholder management experience
