As a temp, your responsibilities may include:
- Liaising with Customers and clients
- Answering inbound or making outbound phone calls
- Logging calls/tickets in a system
- Achieving KPI's
To be considered for these opportunities, you must have:
- Experience in customer service and/or sales
- A background in professional service - i.e call centres/banking and finance etc.
- Ability to start immediately
