Office Coordinator/ Receptionist

Supporting the greater team, this role will report to the HR Coordinator. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work with a well-known organisation. 

Duties include:
  • Answering all inbound calls from clients
  • Meeting & greeting clients
  • Supporting the greater team
  • Managing the general office tidiness
  • Setting up board meetings/meeting rooms & organising catering where necessary
  • Chasing internal audit requirements
  • Managing petty cash & banking
