What we are looking for
We are looking for Accounts Payable Clerks of all levels. One business's standout employee may not be the perfect fit with another business but there are things that will make us pay extra attention.
- Experience processing a high volume of invoices
- Confident in using a large ERP
- Stable work history and a strong track record
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal with people of all levels
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and excellent data entry skills
As an Accounts Payable Officer, your duties will include but not limited to:
- Ensuring invoices are accurately matched and coded
- Checking invoices and investigate and discrepancies
- Managing invoice and account queries
- Filing invoices
- Processing invoices and making payments when due
