THE ROLE
 
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist to join a close knit team in the People & Development department. Your main responsibilities will include:
  • End to end recruitment 
  • Performance reviews
  • Workplace Health & Safety requirements
  • Ad hoc assistant in project tasks
  • Reporting
  • Assisting with social activities
 
ABOUT YOU
 
To be considered for an interview with this leading law firm you must have:
  • At least 5 years' experience in a generalist HR position
  • Experience within a law firm would be highly regarded
  • Strong organisational skills for projects and multitasking
  • Strong communications skills to work with leadership teams and drive engagement 
  • Be flexible and proactive with proven examples of problem solving and using initiative
