As the organisation continues to grow, an exciting opportunity has become available for a Social Media Specialist focused on post purchase experience.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Empowered to use your own personal flare to respond to public posts and private messages
- Keeping up to date with new technology across our large range of product categories including Mobile, Audio Visual and Home Appliances
- The chance to experience new innovative upcoming products before launch to market
- The ability to make decisions to improve the customers experience
