What we are looking for:
Office support staff come from all different industries and have all kinds of skills and expertise. One company's superstar might not fit with another organisation but there are a few things that will make us pay extra attention:
  • Stable work history and strong track record with reputable companies
  • Confident communication skills and ability to liaise with people at all levels
  • Advanced MS Office skills and fast, accurate typing
  • Professional presentation and demeanour 
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Duties and responsibilities may include but not be limited to:
  • Greeting and directing visitors and clients accordingly
  • Formatting documents and PowerPoint presentations
  • Organising business engagements and travel arrangements
  • Handling all correspondence and queries
  • General administration duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing, faxing and distribution of mail
  • Managing diaries, emails and appointments
Skills and experience:
  • Strong communications skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven ability to confidently interact with staff and clients
  • High level of organisation and ability to multitask
  • Impeccable attention to detail 
  • Enthusiastic approach to work and tasks at hand
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively 
  • Professional telephone manner
  • General administrative support
  • Time management skills
