The Customer Service Agent will:
 
  • Resolve customer complaints where applicable and within specified time-frames or refer to the correct department to ensure 
  • Answer simultaneous and multiple customer enquiries promptly, competently and professionally via various communication channels (email, phone and chat)
  • Ensure all customer contact is accurately recorded in the appropriate systems/ databases to assist with future contact or follow-up and all relevant feedback is passed on to the applicable departments

What you will need to succeed:
  • Previous experience within Customer Service
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to liaise with people at all levels
  • Capacity to go above and beyond customer expectations
  • Confident and professional phone manner
  • Highly organised and efficient at prioritising conflicting tasks
  • Various computer program and system knowledge, such as Microsoft Office or CRM packages
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • Highly motivated and dedicated and demonstrate a passion for customer service
