Are you an experienced receptionist looking for a short-term assignment? Here at people2people we are searching for motivated and enthusiastic receptionists to fill our clients' temporary vacancies. Due to the fast-paced nature of the role, our clients are seeking candidates who are eager to succeed, well organised, passionate about customer service and are highly motivated.


 Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greeting visitors
  • Managing all inbound calls
  • Prioritise inquiries, requests and urgent matters
  • Direct visitors and clients accordingly
  • Perform administrative duties and general correspondence for management staff
  • Main the high standard of orderliness of the communal spaces.

Skills and Experience:
  • Experience working in a receptionist role or a genuine passion for customer service
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven ability to greet clients in a professional and pleasant manner
  • High level of organization and the ability to multitask
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic approach to work and tasks at hand
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
