Professional Services firm who have an established presence in Australia and across the globe are seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager responsible for the APAC region.  
 
This global practice have thousands of employees in over 50 offices and possess a strong emerging markets focus.
 
They are rapidly expanding and are one of the fastest growing professional services firms in the world and have exciting plans for further profitable growth.
 
THE ROLE
              
This role will see the successful canididate responsible for assisting the firm with establishing the firm's brand through external communication and marketing channels; overseeing their approach to reputation management and developing and supporting international communications.
 
This is an integral position within their BD & Marketing team and your duties will include (but are not limited to):
 
· Proactively managing and developing media relations programme
· Overseeing the use of social media, including upskilling and training people on how to use our channels
· Co-ordinating approach to awards and accolades and other rankings
· Working with partners and BD and others to develop compelling content and thought leadership
· Being a first port of call in the region for questions about wider suite of marketing channels
· Develop and maintain effective crisis communications plans
· Champion firm wide processes and policies that are designed to enhance brand and reputation such as global style guide, how to write compelling content guides, etc
· Work with regional leadership to maintain and develop internal communications plans for the region
 
THE CANDIDATE
 
The successful candidate will possess proven experience in a communications and marketing position within the professional services industry.
 

You must also possess the following: 

· Passionate about corporate storytelling and marketing with a strong communications skill set
· Able to write clearly and concisely for a variety of channels (e.g. website, social media, newsletter, press releases) and confident using those channels
· Able to work with and develop key messaging and ensure it is reflected in content
· Able to work with confidence at all levels and to adapt style to achieve most effective outcomes
· Positive and tenacious with the ability to drive initiatives forward by motivating people within and without the team
· As an ambassador and spokesperson for the firm able to communicate with gravitas and clarity, while always maintaining a professional approach
