Our client is a leading manufacturer in Australia, with a state of the art platform, they pride themselves on delivering a superior service. People2people are currently looking for a Sales Support Administrator to assist the Sales Team as the first point of contact for all telephone, face to face and written queries within the scope of the role.

Your day to day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Ensure best practice with all customer enquiries 
  • Provide comprehensive administration and project co-ordination 
  • Assist the sales team in providing accurate quoting and answering enquires
  • Develop systems and improve efficiencies to existing processes within the Sales Department and ensure office management systems are effectively administered to support the State
  • Handle account enquiries from customers
To be successful in this role you will possess:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and initiative to succeed
  • Intermediate MS Office knowledge - V-look up and pivot tables desired
  • Excellent time management skills
