There are several opportunities in this international law firm's Mergers & Acquisitions team for Legal Assistants with proven experience in Corporate.
These roles will be providing invaluable co-ordination and support services across several fee earners including Partners. This M&A are known for being down to earth, collaborative and high achieving.
Duties of this Legal Assistant position will include (but are not limited to):
- Managing files (hard copy and electronic)
- Diary management
- Complying with client reporting requirements
- Monitoring emails and taking calls
- Extensive travel arrangements
- Assisting in maintaining client databases
- Drafting correspondence, document preparation and amendments
- Reconciling corporate AMEX expenses
- Monthly billing
- Co-ordinating internal and external meetings
- Document management
We are seeking a Legal Assistant who has proven experience in a law firm environment providing support in the corporate field.
You must have a high level of attention to detail, be a confident communicator and be advanced at MS Office. Excellent prioritisation and organisation skills are also a must in this position, as its imperative you are able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. To have the ability to work autonomously and be confident in thinking ahead of what's needed for the practice is also advantageous.
