Our client, one of the leaders in their field is now looking for two Accounts Administrators to join their team. These opportunities are due to the substantial growth of the organisation as they are continuously acquiring new customers. This is initially a 3 month temporary opportunity with the chance to extend based on volume of work. 

As an Accounts Administrator your responsibilities will include:
  • Data entry of invoices 
  • Responding to general client and supplier enquiries
  • Document all queries and provide relevant information to both internal and external stakeholders 
  • Ad hoc administrative duties
 The successful candidate will have:
  • Prior experience working in accounts payable
  • Passionate about providing superior customer service through timely resolution of supplier enquiries 
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
