Due to a continual success, the business is looking to grow the sales team.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, your role will be to;
- Identify leads generated through marketing and past events
- Network with clients, building rapport with prospects and booking attendees to the event
- Qualify customers, closing sales and overcoming objections
- Maintaining a strong network in the industry for repeat business
To be a successful candidate for this position, you will need;
- Previous sales experience, preferably telephone sales
- Ability to network and build rapport with customers
- Tenacious and money motivated. This role has a fantastic commission structure
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence
- $50K + super, uncapped commission with a realistic OTE of $80K - $125K. 4 new members of staff have overachieved targets already for the year!
