This Australian based boutique financial services firm has a reputation for delivering exceptional service. With new offices based in the heart of Sydney's CBD, this small team of dedicated and hard working professionals is now looking for a Receptionist due to an internal promotion. 

Based at Reception and reporting to the EA/Office Manager, you will act as the first point of contact for the company. You will be responsible for not only being the face of the company but responsible for a variety of administrative tasks.

Duties & responsibilities:
  • First point of contact for visitors
  • Answering and processing all internal/external calls with a high level of customer service
  • Maintaining diary and coordinate meeting rooms
  • Managing and distributing incoming mail
  • Coordinating and preparing client and sales packs
  • Formatting reports and presentations as required
  • Ordering stationary and kitchen supplies
  • Petty cash and AMEX reconciliations
  • Liaising with building management where required
Skills & experience:
  • Proven experience in a similar Receptionist  role
  • Experience within professional services or financial services
  • Intermediate to advanced MS office skills
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to use initiative
  • Immaculate presentation with professional communication skills and the ability to liaise with people at all levels
  • 30 hours per week part-time 09.30am - 4.30pm (1 hour lunch)
  • Option to start 08.30am - 3.30pm or 10.30am - 5.30pm 2 days per week
