At people2people we are continuously searching for candidates with a human resources or recruitment background who have full working rights in Australia or who are on a working visa for our temporary, tempoary-permanent, and contract positions.

We have a number of clients based in the Sydney CBD and Northern Sydney locations working across a variety of industries who offer dynamic and fulfilling roles to develop your career.

Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
  • Writing and posting job adverts and screening the response
  • Phone screening and interviewing candidates for positions and conducting reference checks
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders of the business
  • Conduct on boarding for new employees and create induction packs
  • Provide administration support and otherwise to a broader team

You will bring to the roles:
  • Experience within human resources and/or recruitment
  • A qualification in human resources or similar
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of systems and databases
  • High level of attention to detail and organisation
