This respected global law firm have an extensive network across Asia-Pacific, Europe and the Middle East. This highly regarded firm is seeking a Conveyancing Secretary to join their Sydney office. Based within stunning offices, they are situated within the heart of the CBD close to public transport and shops.
The Role
This Global Law firm are seeking a Conveyancing Secretary to start in late August on a 1 month full time temporary basis with hours 8:30 am to 5 pm. You will be supporting at Partner level; duties will include:
  • Extensive diary and email management
  • Liaising with clients
  • Running conveyancing files from start to finish
  • High volume of billing and organising expenses
  • Preparing and amending of reports, documents and letters
  • Scheduling of meetings
  • File management
The Candidate
To be successful in securing a role you must possess:
  • 4+ years' experience as a Legal Secretary within Conveyancing
  • Ideally experience using Aderant and/or Filesite
  • Professional presentation
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to details
