The Company

Our client is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to helping improve healthcare in the community.
The Role

This will be an exciting project with the potential to make a real difference to the community. This is a newly created role which will have a broad range of duties to support the running of the organisation. This will start as a 12 month fixed term contract with a view to extension.
Reporting to the CFO, your duties will include:
  • Contract review for current and future contracts
  • Management of supplier contract and leases
  • Liaising with external lawyers and stakeholders
  • Manage office costs
  • Help implement policies and procedures to keep up with latest legislation
  • Keep Intranet updated with latest information
  • Ensure WHS policies and procedures are upheld
  • Be the "go to' for enquiries regarding the running of the company
About You

The desirable criteria we are looking for in are candidates include:
  • Experience in a legal and/or contractual role
  • Experience handling legal enquiries
  • Ability to implement changes and articulate them to the line managers
  • High attention to detail
  • Previous experience effectively communicating to stakeholders and peers
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and problem solving
