Reporting to the Customer Experience Director, this is a true Account Manager role that will see you nurture, grow and maintain relationships within an existing customer base. Taking a consultative sales approach, you will identify customer needs and present solutions to ensure customer retention and satisfaction, and ensure contracts are always renewed.
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate a proven track record in Account Management, with the ability to take a consultative approach, and grow and retain customers.
