Reporting directly to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for the operational function of the HR business unit. With a generalist focus, your day to day will involve:
- Delivering HR activities for employees and management, in line with policies and procedures
- First point of contact for all HR issues and payroll queries
- Develop HR initiatives to build staff engagement
- On-boarding process and inductions
- State training
- Reporting; provide accurate and timely HR management reports.
- Coordination of talent mapping and succession planning
- Recruitment resourcing and working closely with Internal Talent team
