Receptionist/Office Administration

The Company:
People2people are working with a well-known IT company leading support in the Western Sydney region.  This company prides themselves on high standards of service and being the best and most economical for their clients. They are seeking an Administrator/ Receptionist to join their team for an 8 week assignment with an opportunity for the right candidate to become permanent.   

The Role
Your duties will include, but not limited to:
  • A board range of administration tasks
  • Supporting the team with Adhoc duties
  • Processing incoming/outgoing orders
  • Follow-up with third party suppliers, repairs, bookings and invoicing
  • Day to day office tasks
About YOU?
  • 1-2 years experience in a similiar role 
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Ability to work independently as well as with the team
  • Energetic, outgoing and friendly
Essential Requirements
  • You must have a drivers licence
  • Only applicants with Australian Citizenship or Permanent Resident will be considered for this position
