Reporting directly to the General Manager you will be responsible for the overall Human Resources function. With a generalist focus your day to day will involve:
  • Developing strategy and achieving alignment with business objectives
  • Providing advice to Executives and senior managers regarding staff performance and compliance
  • Reviewing systems and improving HR policies and processes 
  • Supporting the HR Advisor in implementing WHS practices and ensuring adherence
  • Coordinating training and development for all staff
To be considered for interview you will have previous experience in a generalist HR role. You will have strong communication and relationship building skills. You will be qualified with specific experience in IR and ER, HR strategy and enterprise negotiating. Previous experience in managing a small team will be considered advantageous. Finally, you will be comfortable in a hybrid focused operational and strategic role with the strong computer skills and experience in either Taleo or Meridian.
