As the organisation continues to grow, an opportunity has become available for an Business Process Analyst to join the business in their supportive Innovation team. 

Key Responsibilities

*    Review and monitor documented business processes to ensure business process and policy maintained and updated 
*    Manage Global Risk Management, Workflow analysis, and Early Warning 
*    Provide business process analysis and process mapping with business process modelling Create business cases for business process improvement projects 
*    Assess process performance and ultimate delivery of value to process owners and ensure performance expectation is met
*    Document potential problems or opportunities for improvement might exist 
*    Provide process training to users and document process and system manuals 

Key Requirements

*    A proven strong experience in Business process improvement, ideally in the Retail of FMCG industry 
*    Experience in end-to-end business process improvement management
*    Competency in MS Office and BPM tools
*    Strong communication skills with multiple stakeholders
