Work with one of Australia's leading medical companies to assist patient's book their doctors' appointments. Historically this was a family run business which has seen great success and growth across Australia and as a result are now opening a call centre to keep up with the volume of patient enquires.

Reporting to the Call Centre Manager, your role is a newly created position that includes the following duties:  
 
  • Answer inbound calls from patients
  • Book medical appointments
  • Log patient enquiries via internal systems
  • Manage patient feedback
To be considered for this role you will be a genuine people person. Speaking regularly with patients from all walks of life, you will have high levels of empathy & be solutions orientated. An ability to think outside the box and have high levels of attention to detail are also a must!

Please note, as this role will require extensive phone work, excellent communication skills are essential.
