Based within the customer service office of a national retailer that is a well-known brand, this customer service role will see you liaising with customers to ensure they receive outstanding service.

The Role
  • Provide exemplary customer service over the phone and via email
  • Use systems to work through cases lodged by customers via the website
  • Troubleshoot issues the customer has with processing orders
  • Data entry into the system for orders and customer details
Skill and Experience
  • Previous experience within a customer service position and with data entry
  • Previous experience with CRM Dynamics is favourable
  • Commitment and passion for customer service
  • High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and use multiple systems at once
