Our client is a global technology company who are well established within their industry. After experiencing a recent increase in growth, our client is looking to take on experienced customer service representatives to further enhance their growth.
- Respond to customer queries through taking inbound calls and emails and providing suitable solutions promptly.
- Provide accurate and valid information regarding products and services we provide.
- Research, identify and resolve customer complaints using appropriate resources.
- Ad Hoc duties as required.
- Previous experience in a fast paced customer service position is a must
- Demonstrated understanding of customer service principles and practices
- Availability to work flexible hours (rostered between 8:00am and 8:00pm)
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
