Documentation Coordinator

Salary: $30 - $40 per hour
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Document Coordinator to work collaboratively within a major NSW Government Department. You will be responsible for the planning and organisation to ensure all documentation and data is accurately and efficiently processed and recorded.
Your  flexible and results-oriented approach and ability to work in a fast paced and  compex environment will be the key to your success.

THE ROLE
  • Management of data completion, files and production orders
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders effectively in order to form collaborative working relationships 
  • Maintain the quality and accuracyof all records, information and data
  • Support internal and external stakeholders by assisting them to integrate document management and record keeping into project workflows
 ABOUT YOU
  • Extensive experience in a document management role, and a strong knowledge of record keeping and filing procedures and practices
  • Experience within a Government Department is highly desirable
  • Ability to plan and organise, with the ability to be flexible when required in order to meet deadlines within short timeframes and manage changing priorities
