Reporting to the Relationship Manager in this role you will be responsisible for:
- Manging the teams performance and analysis of problem areas
- Providing outstanding support and leadership
- Collaborating with key business stakeholders
- Training and creaiting process to improve performance
- Assist the team with on going development and support
- Chance to step up to a Manager level
- Continuious training and development
- $70K base + super
- Work Close to home
