people2people are a leading recruitment service provider to Western Sydney. We currently have multiple ongoing Customer Service & Order Entry positions based in Ermington, Meadowbank, Rydlemere and Silverwater. 

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives who have had experience processing orders simulationiously while servicing customers over the phone. These opportunities are on-going and require immediate start! 


The Opportunity
  • Customer Service - Answering approx 60 calls/day
  • Order Entry - Accurately & Efficiently processing orders
  • Providing information regarding General Enquiries
  • Internal Stakeholder management - following up with warehouse and ETA's
  • Ad-hoc Administration duties as required
