Our client is a major player in the information control and storage sector. With a national reach, they have experienced major growth over the past two years. Due to this, they are currently looking for an Account Manager to join their team here in Melbourne.

You will be responsible for developing their existing client base with set KPI's around client retention and growth of the accounts.  This will be done through upselling any of their 9 product lines to existing accounts, ensuring that you are front of mind across your portfolio.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Previous experience in an Account Management position in a B2B environment
  • Strong solution sales ability, with the ability to exceed set sales KPI's
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to build strong business relationships with key stakeholders

Your day to day tasks will include but is not limited to:

  • Grow existing portfolio by 2% annually
  • Ensure the retention of your portfolio through being front of mind at all times
  • Cross-sell their vast portfolio of existing clients
  • Attend relevant networking events
