Our client is a rapidly growing importation business that are looking for an admin superstar to join their team. Perfectly situated on the outskirts of the CBD, you will be across the day to day administration operations and enjoy working in a friendly team environment that pride themselves on professionalism and integrity. 

Responsibilities: 
  • Invoicing
  • Accounts payable & receivable  
  • Assisting with telephone inquiries
  • Providing exceptional customer service 
  • Adhoc duties as required 

Required skills:
  • At least 2 years in an admin support role
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications
  • Experienced with using MYOB  
  • Be a great team player 
  • Microsoft Office experience, Excel essential

Hours are 8:30 - 5pm Mon-Friday with an hour lunch break and no overtime or weekends. This position is available for an immediate start. If this sounds like you, please apply today.
