You can expect to provide PA support to a busy Principal who is 150% of their budget. Working closely with a Word Processing Officer you can expect to take ownership of a wide range of duties. Your responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with clients, health professionals and lawyers
- Email and diary management
- Practice and team Coordination
- Dictation, drafting correspondence and preparing briefs
- File management
You will have a demonstrated ability in working independently as a Senior Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant where you have managed large workloads. You will have skills in Microsoft Office and ideally be familiar with iManage and Open Practice. In addition, you will have the capacity to plan, organise, prioritise, multi-task and manage time effectively.
