The opportunity
Reporting directly to the National HR Manager, you will be focused on reviewing, updating and developing policies and procedures, completing risk assessments, developing training materials for the LMS system and identifying corrective actions. Working closely with an external Consultant – your focus will be to identify and mitigate risks while developing a strong safety culture.
Selection criteria
- Tertiary qualification in WHS coupled with proven experience in a WHS / EHS role
- Experience in conducting risk assessments, developing policies and procedures while creating training materials
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proven stakeholder liaison skills
- Computer literacy – MS Office Suite
