Are you a masterful communicator with a knack for crafting winning proposals and driving business growth? We have an exceptional opportunity for a talented Proposals Coordinator to join a leading civil construction company on a temporary basis, responsible for preparing, collating, and delivering outstanding work winning submissions, award entries, and non-cost tender criteria.

About the role

Based close to Sunnybank, south of Brisbane’s CBD with free onsite parking, this role will see the successful candidate responsible for:

  • Collaborating with the national team to meticulously prepare proposal submissions and marketing
  • Coordinate inputs from internal and external stakeholders, partnering with content experts to refine, edit, and format proposal content that aligns with client requirements.
  • Apply your creative flair to work with templates and create visually captivating proposal documents that set us apart from the competition.
  • Craft materials for both internal and external communication, including corporate brochures, marketing collateral, and engaging website contributions.
  • Provide invaluable support and assistance to our Pre-Contracts team, contributing your expertise to enhance their effectiveness.
  • Manage the compilation and timely submission of tenders
About you
  • Exhibit a proven track record in preparing, coordinating, and crafting compelling submissions and complex documents, preferably within the construction industry or a similar sector.
  • Possess exceptional writing, editing, and grammar skills, allowing you to convey information with clarity, precision, and persuasiveness.
  • Demonstrate outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Hold tertiary qualifications in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field, or possess equivalent industry experience, showcasing your commitment to excellence.
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio), enabling you to deliver polished and professional materials.
  • Have a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Be self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
  • Demonstrate exceptional time management skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure and meet multiple deadlines.
