The Opportunity:

• Hiring for a Tenancy/Property Manager to be based in their Chatswood Office
• Responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations of tenants, handling inquiries, maintenance, inspections, and new tenant setups.
• Manage 150-200 tasks simultaneously, requiring strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Work with pride and a general good feeling, knowing you are on the front end of helping individuals who are facing challenges

• Prior experience in Social Housing, tenant management, inspection procedures, Community/Commission Housing, or private rental management is essential.
• Possession of a valid NSW Full driver's license is a requirement as the role involves visiting various sites. Company car will be provided.
• Genuine passion in the social housing sector is a must!
• The successful candidate will be required to undergo a Police Check
• Ability to start immediately will be preferred
