The opportunity
We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR Solutions team. p2p HR Solutions work with some incredible organisations to provide RPO, CMO and outsourced payrolling services.

This role would see you working with one of our key RPO clients, who are a well know international brand. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to balance your time between working from home, and working from the Sydney Olympic Park based offices.

You will engage with key stakeholders in order to ascertain hiring needs to develop effective talent pipelines. You will be hands on in the recruitment of a range of corporate roles, and work closely with the HR team to assist in the coordination of onboarding for new starters.

Who you are
We are interested in hearing from you if you are an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist, with a demonstrated track record of success in an Internal or RPO environment.

We are also able to consider an experienced agency based recruitment consultant who might be interested in making the transition into an internal or RPO based role model.
