People2people are excited to have been engaged to partner with a well-known international brand to recruit for an experienced Internal Recruiter based in Western Sydney on a temporary basis.
The Role
This role will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for white collar roles where you will work with the hiring managers to attract qualified talent and successfully manage candidates throughout the end-to-end process.
The role is paying upto $87,065 per annum and offers a flexible working, Monday to Friday. Your responsibilities will include however will not be limited to the following:
- Taking of job briefs and issuing skills assessments
- Application screening and sourcing and qualifying candidates
- Assisting with the interview process including attending, and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders and organising on-boarding requirements.
- Collaborating and providing feedback and advice to hiring managers and/or other Human Resource staff throughout the entire recruitment process.
- Ensure relevant compliance is adhered to.
- Must have relevant experience in a similar role from a recruitment background.
- Previous experience of strategic sourcing and building talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Proficient in Microsoft office and IT literacy skills
- Experience using Elmo Software (desirable)
- Experience using internal CRM systems
- Proactive approach to recruitment strategy for a variety of roles
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills when dealing with candidates
- Ability to problem solve and take initiative
- Available to commence work immediately.
