The Business:

As a registered training organisation, they assist all types of people to find employment. The Role:
Reporting to the Student Support Manager, your responsibilities will include dealing with student inquiries and the enrolment process from end to end. Specifically:
- Deal with Student inquiries via phone and email
- Investigate and resolve any complaints when appropriate
- Send out enrolment related emails and maintain contact with students through regular follow-ups
- Liaise with the course trainer
- Manage the database with any course and student changes.
- Manage student attendance
- Process cancellation or withdrawal requests
- Issue Awards and Certificates
- Maintain relationships with trainers, colleagues, students, partners, and host organisations
To Be Successful:
- Registered Training Organisation experience is preferred
- Superior customer service skills with the ability to deliver high-quality service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to engage and encourage students
- Sound computer skills
