About the Role:
Reporting to the Site Services Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Raising and assigning jobs to Contractors and Site Services Staff
- Effectively coordinate and supervise Contractors and Company employees in the construction and maintenance of buildings, equipment and plant.
- Assisting the Site Services Manager to implement, design and develop plans to improve overall efficiency
- Contactable for After Hours emergency call outs/alarms and respond as required.
- Supervise works to ensure completed to a quality standard and current Regulated requirements.
- Maintain Site Services vehicles, tools and machinery in good working order.
- Be responsible for the care and security of company equipment, vehicles and property.
- Provide a clean, safe and healthy environment for Staff, contractors and market users.

About you:
- Proficient on MS Office Systems
- Exceptional Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Understanding of the WHS is desired
- 3 years Experience in the Construction/Trade or Real Estate is desired but not essential
- Experience in Maintenance is desired
- Team player able to coordinate and collaborate with different departments
