They are currently seeking a skilled Paralegal to join their busy practice.
The Role
As a Conveyancing Paralegal, where your responsibilities will include:
- Document preparation and file management across commercial and residential property
- Drafting correspondence and liaising with clients
- Preparing and organising contracts for sale
- Attend settlements and liaise with clients and fee earners ensuring a smooth and efficient process in accordance with conveyancing legislation
To be considered for this opportunity, you should possess the following:
- Experience in a commercial or residential property practice
- Proficiency in settlement procedures
- Confidence across industry-specific software including PEXA OR Setts Plus
