The role:
Supervising a small by efficient team, you will be managing escalated complaints, analysing and reporting regarding requests, liaising with 3rd party suppliers, develop and implement policies and procedures while training and mentoring your team. In addition, you will have the opportunity to take on and lead a diverse range of projects while having input into strategy development.
Selection criteria:
- Recognised formal qualification in a relevant discipline
- Proven experience in technical support, IT resolution
- Demonstrated ability to support PC Operating systems and active directories and MS Office
- Customer centric approach with highly developed communication / interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Current valued Blue Card (or willingness to obtain) coupled with a current QLD drivers’ licence
