The role:
The responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
- Full-function processing for Salaried and Award employees
- Calculation and processing of Superannuation and Payroll Tax
- Calculation and processing of backpays, leave entitlements, and employee entitlements.
- Processing of terminations and redundancies
- Interpretation of Modern Awards
- Responding to Payroll related inquiries
- Setting up and onboarding of new employees
- Other ad hoc projects and tasks within the scope of the role.
About you:
To be successful for the role, you must demonstrate the following:
- Demonstrated experience in the position accountabilities.
- Strong with systems and implementation experience
- Exceptional eye for detail, time management, and working to deadlines.
- You must be a strong problem solver with a “can-do” attitude.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A team player with a positive attitude.
