Sitting in the Samsung Ads division based out of Surry Hills this role is a Tuesday - Thursday office based role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner seeking a part-time opportunity.
About the role:
The Senior HR Business Partner serves as a trusted adviser to the Leadership team on human resources-related matters. Act as an employee champion and change agent and will focus on assessing and anticipating HR-related needs and communicating proactively with our wider HR team in order to develop integrated solutions. Key to this position is to formulate meaningful partnerships across the business to deliver value-added services to the Leadership team and employees that reflect the business objectives of Samsung Australia.
- Policy development and implementation
- Development and achievement of key human resources objectives and organisational development goals
- Effective delivery of human resources services
- Corporate policy, legislation and quality compliance to meet national and international standards and human resources best practice
- Employee retention
- Effectively partner stakeholders across the business
- Business planning and strategising
- Degree Qualified (business or HR management)
- 4+ years experience in a similar role or as a consultant
- Motivated and able to work with changing priorities
- Business acumen and commercially orientated
- Ability to work at an operational level across a broad range of human resources and business issues.
