About the Role:
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Daily picking and packing of samples, ready to be mailed on the same day
- Check emails and respond to any requests in a timely manner
- Sending of samples to internal & external stakeholders from picking lists entered by Sales Coordinators
- Ensuring the Samples Department presentation is maintained in line with Brand expectations
- To work autonomously within the administration team
- To develop a cooperative effort with the Sales and Admin team, establishing expectations through good communication and follow-up skills
- To be responsive to all requests for information either from Clientele, Sales Reps, Colleagues or Manager/Director
